Pallavy (Polly) Reddy, MD, F.A.C.E., is originally from
Lima, Ohio. She attended college and medical School at the University of Miami
in Miami, Florida and completed her Internal Medicine residency and
Endocrinology fellowship at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit,
Michigan. There, Dr. Reddy did
specialized training and research in the field of osteoporosis and presented
her findings at the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research in 2003. She
is an AACE Certified Clinical Densitometrist. She is also certified in Thyroid
Ultrasound by AACE. In addition, she was
trained by renowned diabetologists that were primary investigators in the DCCT
trial–the study which was the first to educate the world on the importance of
tight blood glucose control in the prevention of diabetes-related
complications.
Dr. Reddy has been practicing here at DECO since 2005. She
currently resides in New Albany, Ohio with her husband and three sons.
Dr. Reddy is a general endocrinologist,
specializing in the management of all endocrine conditions.
Dr. Reddy currently has privileges at Mount Carmel St.
Ann’s, but has affiliations with OhioHealth and online access to The Ohio State
University Medical Center’s Doclink website.
Devon is originally from Mason City, Iowa. She received her
Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology, as well as her Master’s degree
in the Physician Assistant program from the University of Iowa. She joined DECO
in 2011.
She is registered nationally by the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently certified in the State
of Ohio as a Physician Assistant.
Devon is a certified pump trainer for Medtronic MiniMed, Animas, Omnipod, Accucheck Spirit, and T:Slim insulin pumps.
She is also certified to train patients on the DEXCOM real-time continuous
glucose monitoring system (CGMS). She
conducts insulin pump trainings as well as diabetes education programs at DECO.
Devon is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
Devon currently resides in Hilliard, Ohio with her husband
and two dogs.
Jessica Cristini, PA-C is originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. She attended Pennsylvania State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended Penn State College of Medicine where she received her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. Jessica worked as a physician assistant in Pennsylvania for over 3 years prior to relocating to Columbus and joining DECO in February of 2023.
She is registered nationally by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently certified in the States of Ohio and Pennsylvania as a Physician Assistant.
Jessica resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, travelling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Mary is originally from Poland, Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University where she received her Bachelor of Biological Sciences. She then attended The University of Mount Union where she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She is passionate about endocrinology and the lifelong care this specialty provides to its patients. She joined DECO in 2022.
She is registered nationally by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently certified in the State of Ohio as a Physician Assistant.
Mary has thoroughly enjoyed her move to Columbus and currently resides in Grandview Heights. Outside of her time at DECO, she enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, watching sports, walking her puppy, and relaxing with friends/family.
Francesca graduated from Ohio University’s Combined Masters of Food and Nutrition Sciences and Dietetic Internship program with a certificate in Diabetes. She is originally from Philadelphia, PA but fell in love with Ohio during her graduate studies and decided to call Ohio home! She has had experience in nutrition counseling for weight loss, diabetes and other chronic diseases throughout her internship and career.
She is active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Ohio Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and serves on the board for the Columbus Dietetic Association. She is a certified Lifestyle Coach from the CDC for the National Diabetes Prevention Program.
In her free time she enjoys walks with her dog Reuben and getting ready to run her next half marathon.
